Receta Bbq Oregano Steak

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Sirloin steak, 1-in thick
- 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Dry oregano
- 1 tsp Cracked black peppercorns
- 1/2 tsp Coarse salt
Direcciones
- Slash fat around steak at 1-inch intervals. Combine oil, oregano, pepper and salt; rub over both sides of steak.
- place steak on greased grill over medium-high heat; cover and cook, turning once, for about 15 min for medium-rare or possibly to desired doneness. Transfer steak to cuting board; tent with foil and let stand for 5 min before cutting into portions.
- Good source iron.
