Receta Bean Sprouts Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 c. bean sprouts
- 1 c. grated cabbage
- 1/2 c. freshly grated coconut (use coconut flakes soaked in water for 1/2 hour and liquid removed if fresh coconut is not available)
- 1 Tbsp. roasted peanuts
- 1 Tbsp. sultanas
- 1/2 tsp lime juice
- 1 x green chili grnd
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 Tbsp. coriander leaves, finely minced
- 1 tsp oil salt to taste
Direcciones
- Heat oil in a pan and add in cumin seeds. When they splutter, add in cabbage and bean sprouts. Stir fry for a minute. Cold. Add in the remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
