  • 4 x garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp. soy bean paste
  • 1 x yellow onion, quartered
  • 4 c. bean sprouts
  • 1 x red chili pepper, sliced
  • 3 x tomatoes, quartered
  • 4 Tbsp. green onions, minced
  • 4 Tbsp. cilantro, minced

Direcciones

  1. Heat the oil in a wok & stir-fry the garlic & bean paste for 1 minute. Add in the onion, bean sprouts, chili & tomatoes. Cook for 2 min, stirring frequently. Garnish with green onions & cilantro. Serve warm.
