- 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 x garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp. soy bean paste
- 1 x yellow onion, quartered
- 4 c. bean sprouts
- 1 x red chili pepper, sliced
- 3 x tomatoes, quartered
- 4 Tbsp. green onions, minced
- 4 Tbsp. cilantro, minced
Direcciones
- Heat the oil in a wok & stir-fry the garlic & bean paste for 1 minute. Add in the onion, bean sprouts, chili & tomatoes. Cook for 2 min, stirring frequently. Garnish with green onions & cilantro. Serve warm.
