Receta Beans And Escarole

Ingredientes
- 2 bunches escarole
- 1 can white kidney beans
- 1 c. cavatelli or possibly other pasta
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Garlic
- A few slices of pepperoni
Direcciones
- Rinse escarole thoroughly. Saute/fry garlic and pepperoni in extra virgin olive oil in large skillet. Throw in escarole (it cooks down to almost nothing). Cook till tender. Add in beans. Cook cavatelli and add in to skillet. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with grated cheese.
