Receta Beef Broccoli Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn, minced broccoli, cooked and well liquid removed
- Pastry for 2 crust (9 inch) pies
- 4 ounce. Monterey Jack cheese
- Lowfat milk to brush on crust
Direcciones
- Brown beef and onion; drain fat. Stir in flour and salt. Add in lowfat milk and cream cheese. Cook and stir till smooth and bubbly. Add in beaten egg to a portion of warm mix, then add in to remaining mix. Cook and stir over medium heat till thickened, 1 to 2 min. Stir in cooked broccoli. Set aside. Line a 9 inch pie plate with half the pastry. Fill pastry with warm mix. Slice cheese and arrange on top of meat mix. Seal with top crust and perforate crust. Brush top with lowfat milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min. Let pie stand for 10 min before serving. Serves 6.
