Receta Beef Goulash

Ingredientes
- 2 pound sirloin tip, cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes
- 6 ounce. wide noodles
- 1-2 tbsp. poppy seeds
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. veg. oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon fine herbs
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 pound can tomatoes (2 c.)
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce, seasoned (1 c.)
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 c. minced onion
Direcciones
- Brown meat in oil in Dutch oven or possibly large pan. Add in onion and cook till tender, but not brown. Stir in flour, then remaining ingredients except noodles, poppy seeds and butter. Simmer covered 1 1/2 to 2 hrs or possibly till meat is tender. Serve with poppy seed noodles. Cook 6 oz noodles according to package directions; drain. Add in poppy seeds and butter. Serves 4-6.
