  • 1 x flank steak - (1 1/2 lbs)
  • 1/2 c. roasted garlic teriyaki sauce
  • 12 x flour tortillas - (10" dia)
  • 2 c. shredded napa cabbage or possibly lettuce Spicy Pineapple Salsa (see recipe)

Direcciones

  1. Make 1/4-inch-deep cuts on both sides of steak, about 1 inch apart in a diamond pattern, with a sharp knife. Combine steak and teriyaki sauce in a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; seal and turn to coat. Refrigerate2 hrs.
  2. Remove steak from marinade, reserving marinade. Bring reserved marinade to a boil in a small saucepan. Grill steak, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) 7 min on each side or possibly to desired degree of doneness, basting with reserved marinade.
  3. Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil, and place on warm grill 10 min or possibly till thoroughly heated.
  4. Cut steak across grain into thin slices, and place proportionately down center of tortillas; top with cabbage and Spicy Pineapple Salsa. Roll up, and serve immediately.
  5. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
