Receta Beef Tops Over Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 - 1 1/2 lbs. lean stew meat
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1/2 to 1 sm. bell pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 tomato soup can water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. rice
- 2 c. water
- 1 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Spray large skillet with Pam. Cut meat up in small pcs and cook till lightly browned. When meat is nearly done, put in onion and bell peppers and saute/fry lightly. Mix tomato soup and water till smooth. Pour over meat. Salt and pepper. Cook on medium to low heat till sauce thickens a little. Do not let it get too dry. Cook rice till fluffy. Serve meat over rice.
