Receta Belgian Style Waffles

Ingredientes
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 T melted butter
- 1 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg white
Direcciones
- Preheat waffle maker. Put all ingredients except egg white in a large mixer bowl. Beat on low till moistened. Increase to medium; mix till smooth. By hand, gently mix in beaten egg white. Pour a rounded 1/2 cup of batter over grids. Close waffle maker, bake till golden brown, 2 to 3 min. Serve hot with warmed syrup or possibly top with whipped cream and fruit.
