  1. 1. Marinate the chicken in salt. turmeric, chilli pwdr and 2 Tbsp. of oil, for an hour.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a big vessel, now add in the bay leaves, cloves and cinnamon. Then add in the sliced onions and fry until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add in the marinated chicken and fry on high heat for 2 mins.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat, cover the vessel and cook for 5 to 6 min.
  5. 5. Now add in the minced tomato, cover again and cook until done.
