- 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
- 3 x carrots, grated
- 1 c. canned crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp grated fresh gingerroot
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/4 c. no-fat mayonnaise
Direcciones
- Combine the cabbage, carrots, pineapple, vinegar, gingerroot and fennel and chill. Stir in the mayonnaise just before serving.
