- 6 c. apples
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cream
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter
Direcciones
- Arrange pastry in pan. Top with apples. Combine sugars, flour and cinnamon. Sprinkle on apples and dot with butter. Top with crust. Brush with cream. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min; 350 degrees for 45 min.
