  1. Combine butter and sugar. Cream till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs and bananas, mixing well. Combine dry ingredients; stir into banana mix just till all ingredients are moistened. Stir in pecans and vanilla. Spoon batter into greased 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. (I use Pam.) Bake at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till bread tests done. Yield: 1 loaf.
