Receta Best Banana Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 healthy pinch salt
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Direcciones
- Combine butter and sugar. Cream till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs and bananas, mixing well. Combine dry ingredients; stir into banana mix just till all ingredients are moistened. Stir in pecans and vanilla. Spoon batter into greased 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. (I use Pam.) Bake at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till bread tests done. Yield: 1 loaf.
