Receta Best Pizza Dough Ever
Ingredientes
- 12 oz. Beer (no lite beer)
- 4.5 cups flour
- 1.5 t. salt
- 2 t. yeast
- 2T. Veg or Olive Oil
- 1T. Sugar or Honey
- 1 15oz. can Pizza Sauce (2 pizzas)
- 24 oz. Shredded Mozz. Cheese
- Banana Peppers
- Pepperoni
- Mushrooms
- Oregano
Direcciones
- Warm beer to 85-95F
- Add yeast, stir and set aside
- Combine Remaining ingredients in Mixer and stir
- Add yeast and beer
- Knead with Mixer for 10 minutes until soft and smooth
- Cover with hot damp towel and let rise for 1.5 hrs or double in size
- Cut dough in half and roll out on counter (covered with a little veg. oil)
- Place on baking sheet
- Top with toppings of your choice
- Bake at 425F for 20 minutes
- Repeat with second dough or you can place in freezer for later
