- Put butter in saucepan and heat, stirring till butter bubbles. Add in sugar. Stir slowly over medium low heat till medium brown (the color of caramel). Heat lowfat milk in microwave; then pour lowfat milk into blender. Turn blender on low and slowly add in sugar mix; add in vanilla and salt. Blend till completely mixed.
- Pour into mugs, and enjoy tasty butterbeer, just like Harry and his friends.
