- 3 1/2 c. pumpkin (1 can)
- 1 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 1/3 c. undiluted evaporated lowfat milk
- 4 beaten Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Mix together in order of recipe and put into 2 unbaked pie crusts. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake for 30 min or possibly till set.
