Receta Better Than Wolf's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Butter
- 1 1/2 c. Light brown sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 x (12-ounce) p chocolate chips
- 1 c. Minced walnuts
Direcciones
- In medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Mix and set aside.
- In large bowl, using electric mixer, cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy, 3 to 5 min. Add in Large eggs 1 at time, beating well after each addition. Add in vanilla extract. With mixer speed on low, slowly add in flour mix just till blended. Add in chocolate chips and walnuts and mix till blended. Refrigeratecookie mix till stiff, about 1 hour. Drop dough by rounded tsp. onto ungreased baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake cookies at 350 degrees till golden, 12 to 15 min. When done, immediately transfer cookies from baking sheet to rack. When cold, cookies may be stored in airtight container.
