Receta Bisquick Banana Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. Vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 c. Mashed ripe bananas (about 3 large ones = 1-1/2 c.)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 x Large eggs
- 2 1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts
Direcciones
- 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Grease bottom of loaf pan, 9x5x3-inches, generously.
- 3. Beat all ingredients vigorously with spoon 30 seconds. Pour batter into pan.
- 4. Bake till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 55-65 min. Cold 5 min. Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan.
- Makes 1 loaf.
