  1. Cook beans till tender. Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a skillet and add in the garlic, onion, green pepper, black pepper, salt and simmer for 20 min. Fry pork and sausage, easy on the pork ,its already smoked , till completely cooked. Puree one c. of the beans, add in to the puree the wine and orange juice and simmer the cooked meat in this mix for five min. Remove the meat and mix it with the whole beans.
  2. Serve the beans and meat mix, beans and wine and orange juice sauce each in separate dishes with boiled rice. Each diner takes whatever proportion desired of each dish and mixes them together on the plate.
  3. Serves 8.
