Ingredientes

  • 5 c. Figs
  • 5 c. Sugar Fresh Lemon Juice, from 4 lemons

Direcciones

  1. Wash, stem and slice figs.
  2. Put all ingredients together in large pan.
  3. Place on low heat and stir till sugar is melted, then boil brisk for 20 min or possibly till syrup forms thick drops.
  4. Seal in warm jars.
