Receta Blackberry Muffins

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 x egg
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 x or possibly 1 1/2 c. blackberries
Direcciones
- Mix ingredients together. Bake at 400 for 18 to 20 min in greased muffin tins.
- BONANZA BREAD or possibly MUFFINS
- 2 c. whole wheat flour or possibly white flour1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. baking powder2/3 c. non-fat dry lowfat milk pwdr (either instant or possibly non-instant)
- 1/3 c. wheat germ1/2 c. honey3/4 c. minced nuts1/2 c. raisins1/3 c. dry apricots, minced (optional)
- 3 eggs1/2 c. corn oil1/4 c. molasses1/2 c. orange juice2 bananas, apples or possibly carrots, minced or possibly shredded (or possibly use one of each for extra flavor)
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly; stir in the honey. Then add in the Large eggs, oil and molasses and blend well. Blend mashed bananas, minced apples, and/or possibly shredded carrots with orange juice. (If you have a blender; can blend all together on chop cycle.) Add in this mix to the rest of the batter. Pour batter into 2 well greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees about one hour, or possibly till knife comes out clean. If muffins, bake at 350 for 20 min.
- Makes 2 loaves or possibly 2 dozen muffins.
- NOTE: Raisins, minced nuts and dry apricots are optional.
