Receta Blanco Bean Dip

Ingredientes
- 15 ounce White beans, canned, rinsed and liquid removed
- 1 Tbsp. Lime or possibly lemon juice
- 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1/4 tsp Dry oregano
Direcciones
- Place all ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor and blend till smooth. Transfer to a medium serving bowl and refrigeratefor about 1 hour. This can be made a day ahead, covered and refrigerated.
- Makes about 1 1/4 c..
- NOTES : Tastes quite similar to hummus!
