Ingredientes
- 6 c. Water
- 3 x Green onions, minced
- 1 x Fresh scotch bonnet chile, minced, or possibly 1 dry habanero chile, crumbled*
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 6 x Allspice berries, crushed
- 1 lb Small shrimp in shells
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 1/2 tsp Chopped fresh scotch bonnet, or possibly
- 1/2 tsp Habanero chile, or possibly
- 1/2 tsp Crumbled dry habanero*
Direcciones
- 1. Combine water, green onions, chile, salt and allspice in large saucepan.
- Bring to boil; boil 10 min. Add in shrimp and cook 3 min more.
- Drain. Serve with Pepper Butter to dip.
- 2. Make Pepper Butter: Heat butter with chopped chile in small saucepan till melted.
