Receta Blender Banana Cake
Title says it all. This is easy and a good idea for kids in the kitchen.
I have added some lavender flowers (about 1T) to the batter with lovely results.
Ingredientes
- 3 Bananas (fully ripe, 1 C puree)
- 1 C Canola oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/2 C Sifted All-Purpose flour
- 1 C Sugar
- 1 t Baking Soda
- 1/2 t salt
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350
- Grease a 9x9x2 pan.
- In blender, whirl bananas to make puree
- Add oil and eggs to banana puree and whirl to combine.
- In medium bowl, sift together: flour, sugar, soda and salt
- Add banana mixture, mix until just blended
- Pour into prepared pan, rap on table a few times to remove any air bubbles
- Bake 45 minutes or until center springs back when touched
- Cool in pan on rack.
- Serve from pan.
