Receta Blue Ribbon Muffins

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp. sugar
Direcciones
- In large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking pwdr and salt. In small bowl, combine egg, butter and lowfat milk till blended. Add in to flour mix. Mix in blueberries. Spoon into greased muffin c.. Sprinkle with sugar and bake 20 to 25 min at 425 degrees. Makes 12 muffins.
