Receta Blueberry Breakfast Bars

Ingredientes
- 1 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 c. Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 can (21-ounce) blueberry pie
- 1 1/4 c. Powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
Direcciones
- Cream sugar and butter or possibly margarine - add in Large eggs and vanilla. Beat well.
- Add in flour and baking pwdr. Stir till blended. Spread half of the mix onto a lightly greased 15x10" pan. Carefully top with pie filling.
- Drop dollops of remaining dough on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till golden. Don't undercook. Combine topping ingredients and drizzle over hot bars.
