Ingredientes
- 1 1/3 c. flour
- 1 c. oatmeal, uncooked
- 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. blueberries
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 teaspoon orange peel
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin pan or possibly use paper baking c.. Combine dry ingredients. Gently stir in blueberries. Add in combined remaining ingredients. Mix just till dry ingredients are moistened. Bake 18 to 20 min.
