Receta Blueberry Pudding Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 4 c. flour
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pt. blueberries (floured) (in 1/2 c. flour)
Direcciones
- Cream shortening and sugar. Add in Large eggs and beat well. Add in dry ingredients and mix. Flour berries in half c. of flour and fold into dough, lightly so as not to smash the berries. Put into floured (tube pan) and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. Top will be brown, a toothpick that is inserted in cake will appear clean, when cake is done.
- This cake is nice for packing lunches -- as no icing is required, although a glaze of powdered sugar, butter and water can be dribbled over the cake while it is still hot, when taken from the oven.
