Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
- 1/2 med Red onion, finely diced
- 2 x Cloves garlic, finely diced
- 6 x Plum tomatoes, coarsely diced
- 1/4 c. Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Dark brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Ancho chile pwdr
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

- How to Prepare the BBQ Sauce:1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat the butter, add in the onion and garlic, cover and cook for 5 min, or possibly till translucent/soft.
- 2. Add in the tomatoes and simmer for 15 min. Add in the remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 min.
- 3. Puree the mix in a food processor, pour into a bowl, and allow to cold at room temperature.
- How to Prepare the Seafood/Meat/Chicken:
- 1. Two hrs before cooking, brush the seafood, meat or possibly chicken on both sides with the BBQ sauce and chill.
- 2. Prepare a charcoal or possibly wood fire and allow it to burn down to embers, or possibly preheat the broiler. Grill till your selected seafood, meat or possibly chicken is completely covered. Brush again with barbecue sauce and serve immediately.
