Receta Bombay Chicken Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 c. cooked diced chicken
- 1/2 c. raw rice, cooked
- 1/2 c. India or possibly sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. sour or possibly heavy cream
- 1 can pimento, minced
- 1 c. shredded coconut Paprika
Direcciones
- Combine chicken, rice and relish; toss till well blended. Mix mayonnaise and cream; add in to chicken mix. Add in pimento and coconut; garnish with mayonnaise and paprika. Serve at room temperature.
- Serves 6.
