Receta Bonnie's Pumpkin Pie Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 can pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 can lowfat milk
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter, melted
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 c. nuts, minced
- Whipped cream (optional)
Direcciones
- Mix all but the cake mix together; put into an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top. Pour butter over cake mix. Sprinkle top with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. If you like, top with whip cream.
