Receta Bonnie's Quick Baked Salmon Cakes

Ingredientes
- 1 env. instant potato granules (5 serving pack)
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 c. finely minced celery
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 can salmon (1 pound size), liquid removed, broken up
- Yellow cornmeal
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted
- Cheese Sauce (see directions below)
Direcciones
- Prepare mashed potatoes following directions on package, but reduce water to 1 1/4 c.. Cold slightly. Stir in slightly beaten egg, celery and onion. Gently mix in salmon. Generously grease a 12 muffin c. baking pan. Dust pan with yellow cornmeal and spoon salmon mix into the c.. Lightly drizzle top of mix with melted butter and sprinkle with cornmeal. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min and serve with melted cheese sauce.
