Name: Bourbon Cookies
Ingredients: 2 c. Brown sugar; 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine; 4 c. All-purpose flour; 4 x Large eggs; 1 tsp Grnd nutmeg; 1 tsp Grnd cloves; 1 c. Good bourbon whiskey; 3 tsp Baking soda, dissolved in; 2 Tbsp. Buttermilk; 1/4 lb Citron or possibly candied fruit; 2 lb Minced pecans; 1 1/2 lb Raisins

Ingredientes

2 c. Brown sugar
1 c. Butter or possibly margarine
4 c. All-purpose flour
4 x Large eggs
1 tsp Grnd nutmeg
1 tsp Grnd cloves
1 c. Good bourbon whiskey
3 tsp Baking soda, dissolved in
2 Tbsp. Buttermilk
1/4 lb Citron or possibly candied fruit
2 lb Minced pecans
1 1/2 lb Raisins

Direcciones

Fold in the order given and drop by half teaspoonfuls on a buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F.
