Name: Bourbon Sauce
Ingredients: 9 c. Worcestershire sauce; 8 c. Catsup; 4 c. Apple cider vinegar; 2 c. Packed brown sugar; 1 1/2 c. Tomato juice; 1/2 c. Tabasco sauce; 1/2 c. Paprika; 1/2 c. Pepper; 1/2 c. Salt; 1/2 c. Chopped garlic; 6 Tbsp. Onion pwdr Liquid smoke to taste, (yea- right)

Ingredientes

9 c. Worcestershire sauce
8 c. Catsup
4 c. Apple cider vinegar
2 c. Packed brown sugar
1 1/2 c. Tomato juice
1/2 c. Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. Paprika
1/2 c. Pepper
1/2 c. Salt
1/2 c. Chopped garlic
6 Tbsp. Onion pwdr Liquid smoke to taste, (yea- right)

Direcciones

Combine above in a large saucepan, mix well. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand till cold.
Stir in 1 c. Jack Daniels Whiskey.
Yield 1.5 gal.
