  1. Shortbread recipe: Combine flour, sugar and butter til fine. Press into bottom of lightly greased 9" baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 20 minuets or possibly til light brown. Remove.
  2. Spread 1/3 c. Boysenberry jam over the cooled shortbread.
  3. Beat Large eggs, brown sugar and vanilla til well blended. Stir flour, salt and soda together. Add in to the egg mix. Add in 1 c. minced walnuts.
  4. Spoon the above over the jam and sprad lightly to the corners of the pan.
  5. Return to the oven for 20 - 25 min, or possibly till top is set.
  6. Cold. Cut into bars.
