Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. candied fruit (cherries, citron)
- 1/2 c. Brazil nuts
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- Grated rind of 1 orange
- 1/3 c. orange juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Almond extract
Direcciones
- Put butter into bowl, pour in boiling water and stir till melted. Add in orange rind and juice, sugar, almond extract, slightly beaten egg, minced candied fruit and Brazil nuts.
