Receta Breakfast Casserole With Wheat Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 lb sausage
- 6 x Large eggs
- 2 c. 2% lowfat milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 2 slc whole wheat bread cut 1" cubes
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Grease the bottom of a 13- by 9- by 2-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown sausage till no pink is showing. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a small bowl beat together Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and dry mustard. Put bread cubes on the bottom of baking dish and top with sausage and cheese. Pour egg mix on top, cover and chill overnight.
- The next morning: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Bake casserole for 45 min or possibly till Large eggs are set and cheese is browned. Let sit 5 min before slicing.
