Ingredientes
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1 3/4 c. plain flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. shortening

- Heat waffle iron. Beat Large eggs, then beat in remaining ingredients with rotary beater till smooth.
- To use waffles for dessert, use this topping: 1 qt sliced strawberries or possibly 2 pkgs. frzn sliced thawed and liquid removed strawberries in chilled bowl. Beat 1 c. chilled whipping cream and 2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar till stiff. Top waffles with strawberries and whipped cream.
