Ingredientes
- 2 cups spaghetti sauce
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1 3/4 cups Ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 box manicotti shells
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350
- Cook shells rinse in cold water
- spread 3/4 cup of spaghetti suase on bottom of 13x9 baking dish
- mix egg, cheeses until well blended
- spoon mixture into large resealable bag and cut off corner.
- Fill manicotti shells squeezing mixture into both sides of the shell
- Place filled shells into the dish.
- Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over manicotti
- Cover with foil
- Bake 40 minutes (30 with foil 10 without)
