  1. Cut large eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash well; add in mayonnaise, mustard and pepper and blend well. Fill egg whites with yolk mix.Cook broccoli according to package instructions. DRAIN WELL. Heat butter in saucepan. Add in flour and stir till blended. Add in lowfat milk gradually and cook over medium heat till thickened, stirring constantly. Reserve 2 T cheese.
  2. Add in remaining cheese to sauce and stir till cheese is melted. Add in Worcestershire sauce. Place broccoli in well greased 1 1/2 qt baking dish and add in half the cheese sauce. Arrange large eggs on sauce and pour remaining sauce over large eggs. Sprinkle with reserved cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 min or possibly till lightly brown. (Looks hard but easy.)
