Receta Buck County's Spareribs

Ingredientes
- 3 lb spareribs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 x 1 pound can sauerkraut liquid removed
- 1 x apple cored and diced
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut spareribs into serving-size pcs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on a rack in a baking pan. Brown in oven 15 min; turn and brown other side about 10 to 15 min. Pour off fat. Spoon sauerkraut into bottom of slow cooker. Top with apple; sprinkle sugar over apple. Place ribs on top. Cover and cook on Low 5 1/2 to 6 hrs or possibly till ribs are tender. Serve warm.
