Ingredientes
- 2 lb grnd beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 1 tsp oregano leaves
- 15 ounce tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 12 ounce tomato paste
- 20 ounce frzn spinach, thawed
- 4 1/2 ounce sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
- 16 ounce cottage cheese
- 2 tsp basil
- 8 ounce mozzarella, shredded
- 2 tsp sugar
Direcciones
- Cook grnd beef and onion on medium high till brown. Drain fat. Add in next seven ingredients; heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, till thickened. squeeze liquid from spinach. Combine with cottage cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spoon meat mix into 13x9" baking dish.
- Sprinkle 1/2 of mozzarella cheese. Top with spinach. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top. Bake at 350F for 25-30 min till warm and bubbly.
