Ingredientes

1/2 c. Butter
1 pkt (1 lb) mochiko
1 1/2 c. Sugar
1 tsp Baking pwdr
3 c. Lowfat milk
5 x Large eggs, beaten
1 tsp Vanilla
1 c. Coconut

Direcciones

Preheat electric oven to 350 degrees F. Heat butter; cold. Combine mochiko, sugar and baking pwdr. Combine butter and remaining ingredients. Stir into mochiko mix; mix well. Pour into a 13 X 9 X 2-inch pan. Bake for one hour; cold.
Makes 24 pcs.
