Receta Butter Sauces Basil Garlic Parmesan Butter

Ingredientes
- 6 cl Garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. Freshly minced basil
- 4 Tbsp. Lightly toasted pine nuts
- 1 Tbsp. White wine
- 2 Tbsp. Freshly grated parmesan Cheese Salt to taste Crushed dry red chile to Taste
- 1/2 lb Unsalted butter, softened (2 sticks).
