Receta Butter Toffee Crunch

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 1 Tbsp. corn syrup warm water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 x 2 1/4 oz package sliced almonds
Direcciones
- Place butter in microwavable 2 qt bowl. Microwave at High 1 minute or possibly till melted. Stir in corn syrup, 2 Tbsp. warm water and sugar.
- Microwave at High 4 min, stirring after 1 minute. Add in 1 Tbsp. warm water; stir to combine. Microwave at High 1 minute. Stir in almnds.
- Microwave at High 2-3 min, till light caramel in color. Pour onto an ungreased baking sheet. Spread out candy. Cold till set. Breat into pcs. Store in airtight container.
- Makes about 3/4 lb..
