- 1 cup AP flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tbs. melted butter
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 tsp. dry parsley
- pinch oregano
- optional: pinch of sugar
Direcciones
- Sift the dry ingredients together, add the buttermilk, butter and egg.
- Stir, spoon heaping tbs. of the dough into the simmering soup or stew. Turn to low.
- Cover, cook about 12-15 minutes.
