Receta Buttermilk Pancakes, (Use Egg Beaters)

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Egg Beaters or possibly real Large eggs
- 3 c. All purpose flour
- 3 c. Buttermilk
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Melted butter
Direcciones
- Beat Large eggs; Add in buttermilk. Sift flour, soda, baking pwdr, salt and sugar together blending well. Add in to egg mix; add in melted butter; mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto lightly greased griddle and brown on both sides, cooking till done (griddle should be medium high heat). Hint:: To make buttermilk; Add in 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (REALEMON BRAND) per c. of lowfat milk.
