- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr

- 6 T flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- Cream sugar and Crisco well. Add in dry ingredients and buttermilk. Beat egg white and mix in. Temperature: 350 degrees. Time: 45 min.
- Cook till thick, stirring constantly. Let cool.Beat in:
