Receta Butterscotch Granola Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 c. Butter, softened
- 1/2 c. Honey
- 1/2 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 pkt (12-ounce) Nestle Toll House butterscotch flavored morsels
- 1 c. Quick oats, uncooked
- 1 c. Minced walnuts
- 3/4 c. Raisins
- 1/4 c. Wheat germ
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, salt, baking pwdr and baking soda; set aside. In large bowl, combine butter, honey and brown sugar; beat till creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
- Blend in flour mix alternately with lowfat milk. Stir in Nestle Toll House butterscotch flavored morsels, oats, walnuts, raisins and wheat germ. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 min. Allow to stand 2 min; remove from cookie sheets. Cold completely on wire racks.
- Makes about 5 dozen 2-1/4 inch cookies.
