Ingredientes
- 2 lb Alligator tail cut 1" pcs Alegro Sauce Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste Red pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c. Water
- 1/2 jar Mustard Garlic pwdr to taste Tabasco sauce to taste Flour Peanut oil
Direcciones
- Marinate alligator in Alegro Sauce 4 to 5 hrs. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix mustard, garlic pwdr, and Tabasco sauce. Dip alligator into mustard batter, roll in flour, fry in peanut oil at 375 to 400 degrees till golden brown-brown.
